Multiple sites - moving or copying existing page.

Hello all. I have multiple sites that which I am updating. I would like to start a new site and borrow a page from an exiting site. How do I do this. All sites are down at the moment for updating.

Hi Terri,

Open up the existing site file that you want to copy a page from. Then open up your new site file making sure a design has been applied to the new site. Then select the page in the older site file you want to copy in the page display window area on the left side of the Sandvox work window, and drag it over to your new site window's page area and release it. The page should then be copied over for you automatically into your new site window. Save the new site file. Done.

This will work for all site pages except for the home page as far as I know. This works for a single page at a time. Do not use this method for copying over the home page.

Hope that helps you out. Let us know your results after trying this.

Best,
Charlie
